Thank you for choosing our product ("Product"). The Product is supplied by ADN Group, 9 rue Guenegaud, 75006 Paris.

Use of our Product constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use. We invite you to read them carefully.

The product

NSTAA© (“Product”) is a timed online trading test of 50 trading questions approximately.

Use of our Product

You must comply with the rules applicable to the Product you are using.

Do not misuse our product. Do not attempt, for example, to copy the content of our Product. You must use our Product only in compliance with applicable laws. We may decide at any time to suspend or cancel your customer account if we examine a suspicion of fraudulent use.

Using our Product does not give you any intellectual property rights in our Product or the content you access. You must not use any content obtained through our Product without the permission of the owner of such content, unless permitted by law. These Terms of Use do not grant you the right to use any trademark or logo present in our Product. You may not remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed in or with our Product.

As part of your use of our Product and the execution of our contractual commitment, we may send you messages related to the operation or administration of our Product as well as other information. You can opt out of receiving some of these messages.

The purchase of the Product authorizes you to use the Product only once (1), ie to take the test only once (1).

The test is timed and its duration is specified to you before launching the test. No claim can be made if you do not finish the test within the time imposed by the test.

You will not receive details of your correct answers or details of your incorrect answers at the end of the test. Under no circumstances will you be able to claim the details of your answers.

Protection of private life

We undertake never to communicate your details to a third party. Your details are stored and protected by our technical services.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Product is subject to an obligation of means, within the limits of what is commercially reasonable. Our Product is however subject to a limited warranty.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, neither ADN Group nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises regarding the Product. For example, we make no representations about the content of our Product, the specific features available through our Product, their reliability, availability, or suitability for you. We provide our Product "as is".

Responsibility for our Product

To the extent permitted by law, ADN Group, its suppliers and distributors, disclaim all liability for lost profits, revenue or data, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of ADN Group, its suppliers and distributors, for any claim under these Terms of Use, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use our Product (or, if we choose, to supply that Product to you again).

Under no circumstances will ADN Group, its suppliers and distributors be held liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Use of our Product by a company

If you are using our Product on behalf of a business, that business must agree to these Terms of Use. It shall further hold ADN Group, its affiliates, agents and employees harmless and indemnify them against any claim, suit or legal action arising out of or related to its use of the Product or as a result of a breach of these Terms. of Use, including any liability and financial burden resulting from claims, losses or damages observed, lawsuits initiated and judgments rendered, and related legal and attorney's fees.

About these Terms of Use

We may modify these Terms of Use or any additional terms of use that apply to our Product, for example, to reflect changes in the law or in our Product. We recommend that you regularly review the Terms of Use. Changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will take effect at least fourteen (14) days after they are posted. However, changes specific to new functionality of a Product or changes made for legal reasons will apply immediately. If you do not agree to any changes to our Product Terms of Use, you must cease all use of this Product.

These Terms of Use govern your relationship with LEVEL© DNA Test. They do not create rights for third-party beneficiaries.

If you breach these Terms of Use and we don't immediately take action, that doesn't mean we waive our rights (eg, to take action later).

If it turns out that a particular condition is not applicable, this will not affect the other conditions of these Terms of Use.
